Write your routines down. Sounds pedantic, but you would be amazed at the stress and time this saves you.
When you write out all your routines - in the morning, in the evening, your cleaning routines, you won't need to try and remember what you need to do each day. Just flip to the page in the binder where you right down 'Morning Routine' and there it is - all your jobs listed.

It may look something like this:

Morning Routine
Wake up
Stretch
Glass of lemon water
Shower
Quick wipe and rinse of bathroom surfaces
Lunch prep
Brekkie prep
Clear dishes
Wipe counters
Empty bins
Collect mail to post

Evening routine
Clear dishes and wipe counter
Plan lunch and brekkie for next day
Tidy clutter hot-spot
Brush and floss teeth
Clean face and moisturise
Lay out clothes for the next day
Gratitude ritual

When you make the effort to write it all out, you realise how simple it can be when you simply follow a checklist. No more worrying about forgetting stuff.
