The week has flown by and I am still savouring some of the goodies I got from seeing Esther and Jerry Hicks and that larrikin Abraham.

 The Manifestation Process goes like this:



Step 1. Experience contrast (this is an experience that feels yucky and causes you to think and feel - 'no thanks!' Also a euphemism for having a shitty time). The key point? Move from 'this is what I DON'T want' to 'This is what I DO want instead' as fast as possible - and keep your attention there.

Step 2. Your desires for growth and expansion move to your vibrational escrow. What this means is that when you send out a request of, "This is sooooo what I really really want', then it gets recorded and imprinted in the Universal pattern of energy

Step 3. Become a match for that vibrational pattern so it can manifest in to physical form. How? Play any number of manifestation games, such as imagining it already happening, playing the 'wouldn't it be nice if... game' and so forth.

Thoughts need to be repeated patterns before they have any real power (so don't worry if you have the occasional thought like 'gee my neighbour is a poopy pants'. It's only when you repeat it with emotional force that it becomes likely to manifest.

Pre-manifestation awareness - you feel good or bad about something or while experiencing something. Post manifestation awareness - you are experiencing the circumstances. Sooooo.. tune in to your feelings! They will be telling you what you are about to experience!

Be thankful for the things you don't want appearing in your life they are pointing you in the right direction (towards what you do want!)

****

Can you imagine having hip pain and feeling hopeful instead of having hip pain and feeling fearful/doubtful/angry? This simple shift can move you towards a healthier hip.

Don't make the Law of Attraction NOT work for you. (by doubting it or trying to disprove it)

****

Pain is a good sign - it means help is on the way - you have launched an emotional message towards what you do want instead.

****

The challenge for most people is that their vibrational experience is usually in response to what they observe. What is better is to shift your focus on how it feels, and shift your focus so it feels a little bit better. (this way you can let go of worrying about whether something is true or real or not - feelings are everything).

There's never enough action to compensate for misalignment of vibration. In other words, you cannot take enough action to get you out of worry - you have to feel your way out of it.

****

Never entertain the thought ' I am not enough' - try, "I have become more but am not allowing"

****

Blame feels better than guilt (because it gives you some power back), but both are poor choices.

****

Step 1 of experiencing contrast is great - just don't get stuck there.

****

You can't judge, condemn, or hate someone into alignment if you disapprove of their attitude or behaviour. Only love can do that.

****

When's something's lost, you can't find it. You have to feel it found.

****

Talk about what you want and why you want it -this is how you get in the vortex of well-being and raise your vibration to a match of what you desire.

****

Tell a better story and vibration through appreciation.

****

Striving and struggle is not success.

****

Until you get your own connection to Source, all this 'channelling' stuff will look pretty weird.
